A Chance of Peace'

by Megan Mc Dermott

My peace tastes like sweet colourful flowers
Blowing in the wind
My peace looks like a warm sunset
Descending through the ground
My peace smells like an expensive fragranced candle
Stirring around in a room
My peace feels like a ball of fluffy clouds
Floating in the sky
My peace sounds like waves
Gently crashing in a pattern against the rocks
My peace feels most at home
Giggling and celebrating with my family
